During our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Wales, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the staff, reflecting true professionalism and kindness amidst challenging circumstances. The room offered a spacious bathroom, comfortable amenities, and a fantastic breakfast with delicious options like eggs and biscuit & gravy, complemented by the always available, excellent coffee. The pastoral view outside our window was a refreshing change from urban landscapes, offering a serene backdrop of Historic Bok Tower and peaceful hills, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. With access to an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and free laundry facilities, the hotel ensured that guests could truly relax and enjoy their stay. Plus, the proximity to natural attractions like Allen David Broussard Catfish Creek Preserve State Park enhanced the overall experience.
